I created this Fit "FORE" Golf in 30-Days with you in mind and to help make your life more simple and be able to easily train for an amazing sport.  Our bodies are fascinating and golf makes things even more interesting. I love to share the knowledge about golf and fitness that I've learned over the years. I've been playing golf for over 20 years, and in the fitness area for over 35.
