Who is the ideal client for JT Fitness and Golf

JT Fitness and Golf, LLC is all about YOUR success.  The ideal client for JTFITGolf is someone who is highly motivated to improve their fitness and elevate their golf game. Our clients typically have some experience with exercise, whether past or current, and are committed to achieving their personal best. We offer a variety of workout programs to cater to different preferences and needs, ensuring there is something for everyone.  This is why I highly recommend the Golf Fitness Assessment...let's make sure you get into the right program. 

What services fit which clients?

The best way to determine which service is best for you is to schedule a zoom call with Coach Janis. The best part is you can also get a FREE golf fitness assessment.

What's the Refund Policy?

At JT Fitness and Golf, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital fitness programs and resources designed to help you reach your golf fitness goals. Due to the digital nature of our products and the commitment required to see results, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Success in our programs relies on your dedication to follow through with the exercises and workouts provided. We encourage you to take full advantage of the resources and support available to maximize your investment in your health and golf performance. If you have any questions or need assistance with your workouts, our team is always here to help guide you towards achieving your goals.

What is the cancellation policy for the Zoom 1-1 training sessions?

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for the Zoom 1-1 training sessions.  If you are feeling sick the day before your workout, please text Janis and cancel.  Do not wait when you wake up.  You will be charged if you cancel the morning of your workout regardless of the reason. 

What is the cancellation policy for the Monthly Coaching Calls? What if I don't want coaching calls?

With the 90 Day Golf Fitness Challenge, these coaching calls are part of your monthly fee.  These coaching calls are all about you, so you don't want to miss these.  These coaching calls are entirely up to you when you want to do them.  If you schedule and don't show up, we'll have to have a nice discussion around this.  Some of my clients use these every month, and some clients skip them all-together.  The monthly charge will still be the same whether you do them or not. 

Can I upgrade or downgrade services?

Yes, at any time, you can upgrade or downgrade a service.  You will need to contact Janis at [email protected] or if you have her cell phone number, you can contact her on her cell.  

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your memberships at any time.  Please send an email to [email protected] with your request to cancel. Do cancel prior to your next billing cycle so you won't be charged.
