My name is Janis Thornton (JT). I’ve been playing golf for over 24 years, I am a single-digit handicap, and in my late 50's. I know exactly what it takes to stay competitive as we age.

For the follow along strength workouts, you will need a foam roller, exercise mat, stability ball, and dumbbells. Some of the workouts also use tubing. For the Mobility workouts, you'll need exercise mat, golf club, and foam roller.
You should always listen to your body. The Club is designed to help you move better, not push through pain. You can modify exercises as needed, and the goal is to build your body up… not break it down.
