Welcome to JT Fitness and Golf Mobility Classes.

Why Golf Mobility Classes?

Improving your joint mobility allows your body to move more freely in your golf swing. You will be able to reduce your injuries, and increase your range of motion, allowing you to hit the ball more consistently and farther.


Wednesdays at 9:00 am. Classes are 40-45 minutes. CLASSES WILL RESUME SOON.

  • Minimal equipment needed – exercise ball, dumbbells, tubing, pilates ring, and a mat.

About Janis

Passions of mine include weight loss/general fitness and golf fitness. I used to work in cardiac rehab and the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years combined. 


There is a huge passion for me to help others get off medications and stay out of cardiac rehab. I've seen so much illness...it's time for wellness. Another passion of mine is golfing, as I play 2-4 times a week.


I've always wanted to be able to help fellow golfers with their golf game. I'm greedy...I want people to play golf with me in my 60's, 70's and 80's! Come join me!

I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 30 years and have a true passion for helping others reach their fitness and health goals. I love to go hiking, play golf, exercise with weights, and spend time with my husband of over 25 years.
