Welcome to Golf Mobility Training! Mobility training is going to take your golf game to a new level! You’ll love this. Look forward to seeing you on the Zoom call. We do start on time!
You will need a mat, comfortable clothes to be moving around in (workout clothes), no shoes, and yourself with a smile.
Please note: when on Zoom, how you see yourself is how I will see you. Please make sure I can see your entire body during the Mobility Training. That’s how I can make adjustments. You may need to use a chair to prop your phone/laptop on. Let me know if you don’t want to be seen. You can always “hide” yourself.
